Important information

Know before you go

50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance must be paid in cash at departure.
Routes may be altered due to weather or sea conditions — safety comes first.
Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Guided tours are available upon request and subject to additional charges.
You will need a Bluetooth-enabled device to connect to the yacht’s sound system.
Decorations, catering, and special services must be requested in advance.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation terms apply depending on the time between your reservation confirmation and cancellation date: For cancellations made 90 days or more before the embarkation date, 20% of the total charter fee will be deducted from the paid deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the embarkation date, 40% of the total charter fee will be deducted from the paid deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations made within 29 days of the embarkation date, the full charter fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided. Moro Yachting accepts cancellation requests only in written form, and all refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
