At moroyachting.com, we aim to provide transparent and fair refund procedures for all yacht charter bookings. Please review the following refund terms carefully before booking.

1. Booking Cancellations

The following refund rates apply based on the time remaining before the charter start date:

• 60 days or more: 70% refund of the total payment
• 30–59 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: Non-refundable
• No refunds are provided for no-shows or early terminations

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Stripe) within 7–14 business days.

3. Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking, we will assist you based on yacht availability. Any price differences resulting from modifications may apply.

4. Force Majeure

Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Political events
• Port closures or maritime restrictions

In such cases, rebooking or credit options may be offered when possible.
