By accessing or using our website or booking any yacht charter service through our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

moroyachting.com provides yacht and gulet charter booking services. All information provided about yachts, routes, and prices is subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings become valid only after full or partial payment is received.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment providers.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid as specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or modification requests must be submitted in writing to info@moroyachting.com.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the charter start date may be eligible for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Changes are subject to yacht availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Responsibilities

Hanzo Global Pte. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the yacht owner/operator. We are not liable for:

Delays due to weather or port conditions
Operational issues beyond our control
Acts of the yacht owner/operator

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to breach security, send spam, or engage in any activities that disrupt or harm the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photos, layout, and brand assets, is owned by Hanzo Global Pte. Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hanzo Global Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or booking platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively under Singapore jurisdiction.
