Important information

Know before you go

Please inform us of any special requests (dietary, events, celebrations) at least 48 hours in advance.
For security, passport details of all guests must be shared with the captain prior to boarding.
FX38 accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Overcapacity is not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring personal items such as sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and cameras.
Pets are not allowed on board.

Safety & Onboard Policies

Onboard equipment and water toys can only be used with the captain’s approval and in suitable weather conditions
Use of motorized watercraft (Jet Ski, Seabob) is restricted to guests over 18 and must comply with crew instructions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht; allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Crew gratuities are not included in the price (recommended 5–10% of total).
Following the crew’s instructions during the cruise is essential for your safety and comfort.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation terms apply depending on the time between your reservation confirmation and cancellation date: For cancellations made 90 days or more before the embarkation date, 20% of the total charter fee will be deducted from the paid deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the embarkation date, 40% of the total charter fee will be deducted from the paid deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations made within 29 days of the embarkation date, the full charter fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided. Moro Yachting accepts cancellation requests only in written form, and all refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
